How do the tees fit?

Unisex oversized with dropped shoulders and a boxy body. For a relaxed look, take your usual size; size down for a sharper fit. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

What fabric and weight are they?

Heavyweight 260 GSM cotton/poly terry-knit, brushed for a dense, sculpted drape.

How should I wash them?

Cold wash inside-out, tumble low, and iron in reverse. The print softens and the fabric breaks in over time.

Where do you ship, and is it really free?

We ship across India, with free shipping on every order. Orders typically arrive within about 3–6 business days, depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described. We arrange pickup or cover return shipping and replace or refund at no cost to you.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Right now, replacements are only for defective, incorrect, or damaged items, so please check the size chart before ordering.

How limited are the drops?

Each design is a numbered, limited run from the atelier. When a run sells out, it may not return.

Are 9ELIXIR tees true to size?

Do the tees shrink after washing?

Minimal. The cotton/poly terry-knit resists heavy shrinkage, so the fit holds. Wash cold inside-out and tumble dry low to protect the print and the fabric — expect only slight settling after the first wash.
