Shipping policy

Made in Mumbai, shipped free across India. Here's what to expect after you order.

1. Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order across India — no minimum spend.

2. Dispatch
Pieces ship from our Mumbai atelier within 2–4 working days. Drop and pre-order items show their dispatch window on the product page.

3. Delivery time
Most orders arrive 3–8 working days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Remote locations may take a little longer.

4. Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email and/or WhatsApp once your order is packed.

5. International
We currently ship within India only. International drops are announced first to 9E/CLUB members.

6. Delays beyond our control
We're not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control (force majeure) — but we'll always help you chase a parcel.

7. Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. Orders with incomplete addresses are at a higher risk of being canceled or Returned to Sender (RTO). Re-shipping to a corrected address after a failed delivery may incur a charge.

8. Out of Delivery Area (ODA)
If your address is designated as an Out of Delivery Area (ODA) by the courier, you will receive an SMS instructing you to self-collect the order from the nearest delivery center within 24 hours. Failure to collect the parcel within this window will result in an RTO.

9. Lost in transit
If your shipping status is officially marked as "LOST" or "LOST In-Transit," the amount debited for the order will be refunded to you as store credits. You can easily place a new order after receiving the refund credit.

10. Delivery disputes & escalations
To help us resolve severe courier issues, please adhere to the following timelines and procedures:

Undelivered (No Attempt): If your order is marked as delivered but no delivery attempt was actually made, you must contact support within 24 hours at care@qikink.com. Please include your order number, AWB (tracking) number, and proof of communication. Please note that re-attempts are not guaranteed and depend solely on the courier company's policies.

Damage & Fake Delivery: Any disputes related to damaged goods, fake deliveries, or similar issues must be raised within 24 hours of delivery or the delivery attempt.

Proof of Delivery (POD): Claims for transit damage will only be entertained if negative remarks (e.g., "box arrived damaged") are explicitly mentioned and written on the POD copy when signing for the parcel.
